As a result of compliments and recipe requests from meals served on many retreats; Rochelle Miller was inspired to bring her love of Family, Food and Spirituality together to facilitate these special cooking retreats.
This annual retreat is always a treat; and this year Nesh Moodley, organic and holistic foodie extraordinaire will be co-facilitating with Rochelle; sharing her vast knowledge and passion for all things healthy.
Healthy food heals your body and raises your vibration to assist you with better life focus. Fresh organic, living and nutrient dense food is the medicine our bodies need daily. And our options are easy, accessible and sustainable when we have the knowledge, experience and resources to share with you.
The weekend will also incorporate some gentle yoga, meditation, topic discussions on food and healthy lifestyle; and cooking practicals with recipes and handouts.
Melody Hill Retreat, our beautiful venue is a guesthouse set in the tranquility of Magaliesburg with all the necessary comforts we need. Shared rooms with individual beds and en-suite bathrooms make it a comfortable stay.
Arrival Friday 16th from 3pm. Retreat starts at 4pm. Depart Sunday 18th at 2pm.
Investment: R600 payable now as deposit to secure your place, R1500 due end of January and balance of R1500 by 15th February, (or end of February if need be).
R3600 per person.

You probably get so many emails, with the same comments, but I truly mean my words with sincerity, THANK YOU.
The Soul Journey cooking retreat, was most fun and inspirational. We learnt so much. I am glad that my kids could share this weekend with us, as they are the ones who are reading labels now and double checking what they put into their mouths. Sugar is a no go. I have actually lost 2kgs in the past 6 days, by just not eating sugar. We are back home now and life continues, but we are putting into practice whatever we learnt, we wake up with yoga, eat healthy, and sleep with the calm sounds of yoga music. We are truly blessed to have YOU in our lives.
